If you are oriented towards a holiday of total relaxation and quiet, Thalassa Green’s Grenting formula (the name stands for green and holiday renting) is the right choice: you can either enjoy the silence and peace of your very own company, or decide to share and take part in our meditation, asana and yoga breathing sessions, with the guidance of Sonia. Participating in the sessions, held in the common areas not far from the lodges, allows us to develop new connections and open us to a deeper listening of ourselves and others.
